WBP???

This coastie asshole just moved here from california his home state. And he bought a truck from one of his friends over there bagged and bodydropped. On his back window he has WBP with a circle around it. does anybody know what this means. Hes one of those asshole that buys something done, never been in the scence till now and calls me and idiot, that i dont know what im talking about. Im just waiting to laugh at his work. Im guessing WBP is a socal thing, Never heard of it before, any body wanna shed some light?
