Well a girl backed into my drivers side door and ruined my door. I just trailered my truck about 3 1/2 hours up to my college to play around with it , a week ago....anyway ...her insurance is gonna pay for it...but what I wanted to know...can I get the insurance company to pay for me to trailor my truck back down to my home to get the body work done...also Do most insurance companies give rental car money? The adjuster is coming out tomorrow to look at it...and I just wanted to be prepared.

They should pay for a rental, but i don't think they'd have to haul it home for you, especially since it doesn't sound like it was her damage that made it undrivable. If it was her damage, that may be a different story.

Well it was her fault...but the damage didnt make in undrivable...its just that the shop i want to work on it is down there...and i dont trust the truck on the interstate...and I had to pay to have it hauled up here...

Your gonna have to pay to get it hauled back down there or drive it. There isnt an insurance company out there that would pay for that!

That truck is a 98!! you dont trust it on the highway?? whats up with that!?
