Ok S-10 guys Max at bio kustumz is kicking around the idea of building a complete S-10 front set up kit. What i want to know is who would be willing to say that they would buy one. The thing about this kit is that Max, if you dont know him is a freaking chassis mad man genius type. Of course he is big on simplicity but, big on engineering.

The arms will...

-correct some of the geomoetry issues and move the wheels 1/2" foward tocenter the wheels-be made out of TIG welded DOM tubing-use Delrin bushings instead of eurethane (would last a lot longer)-use a uni-ball upper ball joint with custom stainless steel spacers thatwill fit the taper of the stock spindle-come with MOOG lower ball joints (high quality part)-be gloss powdercoated-lay on 20's with dropped spindles-come with upper cups & shock mounts that work-be set up to use either the 2400lb. or 2600lb. bag

Im posting this for max because he is a really good friend of mine and i know that anything he does will kick a whole lot of ass. You can pretty much ask any fabricator in so cal and theyll tell you that max definately knows his chassis engineering and its components.

So please give me some feedback so i can get max to start production on these ASAP.

if you have any questions let me know on here or hit me up at baggedmitsu@aol.com.

the arms will be powdercoated and can be custom powdercoated. The price for this kit is going to be in the $900 range. If you consider the fact that they will be high end quality that can explain the price. YOU WILL DEFINATELY BE GETTING HIGH QUALITY FOR THAT PRICE....GUARANTEED.

Im pretty sure that if anyone could build arms for an S-10 and acually deliver, there would be a line out the door.
Bio does do really clean classy work.

I think it would be good if the arms were less than SD's, and were a one peice design like the ART arms.

how much are SD arms? and to tell you the truth, Max is building these to provide a high quality product. If hes using high end uni-balls and having them custom powdercaoted i cant imagine that he will compete with a low price product. I know SD sells good products at good prices. Max is more of a custom kit than a pre boxed and ready to ship kit. but they will be pre made and ready to coat to order.

let me rephrase...hes not going into the ARM business to undercut anybody. Hes going into the ARM business because he knows he can deliver a good quality ARM.

i quess its hard to say what i mean without sounding like im knocking somebody elses product. Cause im not. I dont know squat about other peoples S-10 ARMS...but i know what you can expect from BIO KUSTUM built ARMS

***-correct some of the geomoetry issues and move the wheels 1/2" foward to

Thats good... Cause the s-10s look goofy with the wheel so far back...

Def... If I had an S-10 I'd be in!!!

well i can only imagine that paying $200 dollars more for custom powdercoating and uni-balls isnt such a bad deal after all

So your saying a set would be like $900??

if so thats to much $'s for the average "im gonna bag my s10" guy... most of us mini truckers are pretty light in the wallet as it is. so spending big $'s on arms isn't usually an option.

even $700 is to much for me... my mazda arms were under $500 shipped to my door, and I usually don't have a problem spending money, but any more than that and you could have counted me out.
