well, i just found what cleans the sattin on billit Intro rockman wheels. "DR.PEPPER OR REDBULL"
i accidently spilled redbull on the wheels, then when i went to clean the wheels 2days later, teh sattin part of the rim was IMACULATE, perfectly clean, the spots that were clean i had to polish to make match the rest of the rim so it didnt have a bunch of clean spots. but now we know what cleans that sattin / break dust out of the rims. acid only.

try full strength grease lightining then rinse off dont let sit for more than 5 mins
