I was checking out the formula in MT for the notch height, and i am not so sure that everything is right. In the article it says the diameter of a 04' Taco rearend is 4" that seems really small to me. So are they using the diam. or the radius????

That notch is setup so the top of the axle is basically sitting on the bottom of the notch i think. Its the minimum clearance, and if you want to run bags over axle, you'll have to get funky with the bridge to have enough room for bags and lower brackets. If you are doing bags on the bars, it will work, but you wont be able to lay on a bigger wheel then what you notch it for originally if you do it that way.
