bending pinch welds

Whats the best way to bend over pinch welds?I heard to cut them about every 2-3 inches. Is this the easyest way to bend them bastards over?Ron

thats the way i just did mine it worked out ok

Drag em off... its less work...

Cut them off just at the ridge where they meet, then grind them down until you hit the rocker. do about 6-8 inches at a time then weld them up. You will have a solid rocker in the end.

just hammer and dolly them back!! ya its tought, but atleast u dont lose any more stucture and strength in your cab.

all you have to do is use ahammer to tap over the first 6 inches or so then go drag and the rest will roll by it self. when i first herd of doing it this way i thougt it was b.s. but my buddy tryed it on his s10 and it worked great.
