Fast Food Rants

So it's 12:15, the lunch time rush. I walk into Long John Silvers. There are about 6-7 groups of people, half with food. As I'm walking up to the counter, a guy that looks like he has been standing there for awhile walks out in a sorta pist off way. So, I'm going WTF already. I look past the counter to find a manager who probably has never managed a damn thing in her life. Employees look confused, untrained. I was the only one in line but it took at least 5 minutes to take my order due to all the confusion going on. I finally placed my order and about 5 more minutes recieved my order. But, this is a rant, so do you think the dumb bitch got my order right? I had ordered more hush puppies instead of the coleslaw. It even said it on the ticket but still she gave me more fries instead. So it's about 12:30 and there is me and this one couple still left in the restuarant.

I just went to Long John's also (what a coincidence) and they took 10 minutes to get me 2 chicken planks, fries, and hush-puppies and after all that waiting, I checked the bag before I drove off (I was the only one in the drive-thru mind you and I have learned to check the bag before driving off) and they had given me fish and cole slaw instead of what I ordered. I would hate to think I couldn't even be a success at a fast food place.

you would think people could get an order right. Working fast food can't be that damn difficult. I have had the same experience with McDonalds 2 times in a row in the past 2 months. Service these days just sucks some major ass. Nobody gives a fuck anymore.

I never go to fast food shitassplaces and expect anything but this kind of service. Pay a little more and get better food/ service.

i used to work at a fastfood/short order place called andys cheesesteaks and cheeseburgers if you ever get the chance go there they have the best damn cheesesteaks next to philly but they are only in nc and if they fuck your order up most places will get your shit right quick its kinda like an old 50's diner with an open kitchen only place ive ever been to or worked at that i will always constanly go back too

Andy's is pretty good, but not really a fast food place.

Culvers is the best fast food place in my honest opinion. Never had my order screwed up, all of the staff seem reasonably smart, and the food is better then any of the other fast food places
