Well, I didnt really know what board to put this on, but i am having some issues with my poppers.
#1. when ever i push the button on the fob to pop my doors, sometimes the silenoid will stick and get extremely hot. It is wired to the relay properly, and grounded through the silenoid bracket.
#2. My driver door handle on the inside had some play in it like the return spring wore out, so when it popps theres really no tention pullin up on the popper. But on my passender side that spring is still tight and when i activate the silenoid it wont pull down. idk these im sure are basic knowlege of wiring, but i just cant figure it out, if anyone can give me advice id appreciate it.

make better grounds, but also, check the tension of the cables, if they are too loose or too tight the silenoid wont work properly. there should be about an 1/8" of play

Should fit in the door, put as far to the bottom as you can ,so dosn't hit window! I weilded nuts to the mounting bracket for ease of mounting,, These are Spal, hope this helps!!

One more thing i relized today, i took the cap off the relay to see what was going on there thinkin the relay might be bad, but when i actuated it, that switch is sticking to the ground i believe it is, and if you tap it then it releases...

i just finished installing a set of Autloc pops, and mine did the same thing on the pass. door. I found, as most ppl stated above, the problem was there was to much tension in the cable, i loosened it a bit and its been working like a champ.
