i got a set of bolt in suicide doors c-notches for my noma cause i'm tired of the axle slappin the frame. This will give me a little more to play with until i get bags or whatever. I'm glad they gave me a template, just wonder what is the best way to go about this? I know its best to support the frame front and back so it stays level while i cut it out. I don't have access to a plasma cutter but i am pretty good with an oxy/acetalene torch. Would this be the best way to go about it and then smooth it out with the grinder?

oops noticed you said BOLT in.
Use 4 jacksatnds behind the axle and two in front, and support the rear end so the weight doesnt affect it. Pull the bed too.

i helped on of my buddies put a bolt on notch on his blazer, and we cut it out with just a cut off wheel, and then we didnt bolt it on, we welded it on and then did filler welds where the bolt went. but yes do make sure that u have support ESP on the front of the frame, thats where most of the weight of the truck is. hope that helped some.
