wilwood makes several different brake master cylinders and boosters. they arent cheap, but they are the best stuff i've dealt with as far as brakes go. i think their site is wilwood.com

i would do some sort of power brakes if u can fit it sumwhere...i was gonna run manual brakes cuz there is no room on my firwall for a booster. but i ended up gettin a geo metro brake booster today for 25$, its 6" diameter and i mounted it inside the cab. the back casing inside and the filler part is bolted on the other side of the firewall so its not in the way at all and u dont see the ugly booster. i have to make a whole new pedal assembly for it to work tho. but either way its better then manual brakes cuz i have 4 wheel disc.

get yourself some Trooper or Rodeo rear discs and run 4 wheel discs.

I have the Geo Metro booster on mine with 4 wheel discs and a V-8. it takes more pedal pressure but it stops on a dime.
