whos truck? who built it?

anyone know whos truck this is?? or who built this frame??...thing is sick!!...anyone have more pics of it??

that was built by Devious Customs they have quite a few pics of the build up on there website.

There is more pix of it on the Devious Customs web site. I believe that it belongs to one of the employees.(I could be wrong on that part)I think that the IRS is a Kugel Komponents piece(street rod stuff). The tube work looks good really nice as well.

Something told me right off that it was a Devious-built ride. I guess it might have been the upper bag mounts.

yah devious built that truck and the owner is from olympia washington

i believe it was the owners truck. could be wrong though.
