Mississippii Law???

what r the laws in MS with driving with no bed? i will prolly be goin to Showfest with no bed this year and i was wonderin how things were there with driving without my bed?

most state laws require you to have a bumper and rear tail lights, mounted tag with tag light, and reverse lights. Bed isn't necessary.

i know florida u dont need a bed just the stuff robbie said! i drove around for 8 months without onei got pulled over for it but no tickets for it though!

well i know i wont have a bumper, but tail lights and a tag i will have, doesnt really matter, only gonna be drivin it for 3 days

your gonna be pulled over and your gonna be harrased. you have got to have something covering your tires. but remember every town has their own ordinances, and every cop interprets them differently.

im tryin to get it towed but everyone i know with a trailer and big truck is already towin someone, i need a tow damnit, i dont care to drive it but if i dont have to i wont, but imma drag the hell out of it at showfest tho

I live in MS and at one point rolled without a bed for 6 months..Even was pulled over in that time and the only thing that was mentioned was my tag being in my back glass with no tag light....as long as your lights(all working) and tag are at the rear most of your vehicle you shouldn't have any problems

hey man i went to showfest last year in my flat blue s-10 with no bed and a fresh backhalf job and i never got harrased or anything but i did have a (bumper) and tails and tag so i say go for it and i looks kool
