what tube for a frame????????

i was wondering what tube should i use for a frame from the firewall back i want to use 2 1/2 with 1/4 inch wall but its a special order and i dont want to wait for that i need to know by tonight thanks

Most commonly used is 2"x3" 3/16" wall. But you can also do 1/4" wall. Either will work.

most commonly used is 3x3 or 2x3 either 1/4 or 3/16 thickness...when i get to mine, the section from the firewall to behind the cab will be 3x3 and the backhalf 2x3 and i'm goin 1/4 b/c i can! lol

mine is all 2x3x.25 and the braces have a smaller wall.

either get square or rectangular tubing. preferably made out of metal

i meant like round tubing whats the best size?
