fuel cell help

i want to build a fuel cell out of reg steel becouse i dont have the eqpmt to weld aluminum i can weld it water tight but will it rust inside if so how do chopper builders get away with it

they sell a gas tank coating that seals the inside of the tank... the company that makes POR-15 makes it.

any idea where to get it maybe local paint store or somthing thanks for any info

i found it thanks but one more question what formula do u use to measure how much fuel a tank would hold i want mine to be about 12x12x35

yea you should be able to get por 15 from your local paint store, as long as its not one brand based only but as in a suppler.
