Custom made upper and lower control arms with uniball ball joints, drop spindles, 3/4 ton hubs

Instead of narrowing the 1 ton rear end, I just swapped it out with a 3/4 ton rear end

I have few questions on your rear set up? On your rear end swap, did you use all the 3/4 ton components, I mean if it matters? How much narrower is it than the one ton? Are you rolling dual 22s out back? Sorry for the questions, I just dig that stance.

Devious Customs made the front arms

Traditional Triangulated 4-link. Bags over the axle so I can tow, But I think Im going to take it to chassis by aaron iha and have them redo the rear setup.

RS-82 Slam Bag 1/2" port (back) and RS-72 Slam Bag 1/2" port (front)

And yes the rear end was just straight swap (believe its out of a '96?) I think it was 7" narrower?

And yes dual 22's. I would not recommend running a stock on the inside if you plan on towing....

Damn that's not bad, the 7" difference is just right, what size tires are you running? Is there anything else that you recommend or advise before tear into this thing? Man thanks for the info, its greatly appreciated.

thanks bro! how much air pressure you run to get the front end at drive height, and how soft does she ride? also, does she have a big block? i have a 2000 with the same body style, and i like the way your truck is coming out. sorry for all the ?'s, just like to know what is tried and true!!! later, brian

I have to have the front pretty much all the way up in order for my tires to clear the fenders... so prob 100-120 psi (dont have gauges hooked up yet). The front rides great. Yes on 454

As for the back.... Its prob around 40-60 psi for it to ride good. I dont like my back setup, thats why I want to change it. Im going to do a longer 4-link, and move the bags onto the link bars, reinforce everything so I can still tow, get more lift, and have better ride quality...
