v8 in a B2200

best to use a universal so you can set it exactly where you want it.

if you are putting a chevy smallblock in, then yes. that's why they call it a universal.

it won't be as simple as bolting it in. you'll have to use the engine (or a mock up block) to figure out where you want it and then cut to fit and weld it in.

i only know what i put in my truck. i don't know anything about a 4.3, so i'm not going to try to pull advice about that out of my ass just to give it to you.

but if the engine mounts for the V6 and the V8 are the same, then it should work. call summit and see if they know anything about it.
