turbo starion motor or 4.3 bowtie?

whats up? i gotta 89 mighty max and im debating between a turbo Starion motor or a hopped up 4.3 V-6 bowtie with a 350 tranny . any suggestions? how about where to get motor mounts for the 4.3 if i go that route?

i would personally go with the turbo motor

starion motor or the conquest tsi bolt up nicely because there based on the 2.6l block. if you go to 4x4wire they have a section on mitsubishi trucks and there are a few guys there with that swap.

Turbo motor all the way.

small block chevy 350 (yeah, i know it wasn't an option, but it's hard to beat 40+ years of performance from those engines, plus parts are readily available and it really isn't much larger than the 4.3 you're debating).

lots of people on here have mounts for the 4.3. i have two sets right now. i dont know about the turbo motor other than i want one. sams got a point though. also parts are cheaper for the small block than they are for the 4.3. probably more redilly available and cheaper than the other motor you are talking about. it also bolts to the th-350 trans also. good luck beau
