4.3 byapss pulleys

I am putting in a 94 4.3 vortec in my mazda. I have removed the a/c and the pwr steering. This uses a serpentine belt and if i just get a shorter belt it's not gonna work I heard about an idler that will bolt in place of the removed parts can anyone point me in the right direction? found one for the a/c how bout pwr steering?
