What to do

i have a 86 ranger and i have alot of plans for the beast. what i want to do is shave the whole back end, i want a cali combo for the rear and custom tail light fillers. the thing i want to do is cut out a pocket type thing in the top bed rail on the back corners for both sides, and put in 59 caddy tails. what i wanted to know is if the 59 tails would be legal if i just use them and no other kinds of lights in the back. im pretty sure they will be ok i was just wondering if i would need more then 1 on each side or if just 1 on each side would be ok.

i would use both

as long as they function as running brake and turn signals i dont see a problem.. i mean i have caddys on mine and they only have 1 light per side and nothing visible from the sides..
