pics of b/d

does anyone know how to make pictures smaller than 100 k so u can put them on profile , never had this problem before

You can crop or resize them in PhotoShop or a similar program. Or convert them to .GIF and the size of the file will drop a lot.

how do you convert them to .GIF

when u save the pic, select save as type below were u input the name. i use paint to resize mine.

yeah i tried using paint but it take alot off the picture off

when the orginal is in paint, go to image, then stretch/skew, i ususally put in 50 percent in each box then copy and resave it.

yeah paint works great

i use paint, stretch to 50% and save and it usually brings an 800k image file down to around 60k with almost zero quality loss. gif is a bad idea because it will take an outdoor photo and limit it to 256 colors which will make it look all compressed. jpg is the way to go with any picture.
