Should I trade?

I got a 2 wheel drive artic cat 400 98 model atv..average condition..buddy of mine wants to trade me a set of like new 22's with like new 35 series tires for it..I need the rims and tires..but not sure if its worth it...what does everone think? the rims are chrome not sure the brand but look similar to a foose spank..

i dont know if thats a good deal or not. you can get chrome 22's cheap now! how much is the 4wheeler worth and how much "FUN" do you have with it?
