Im in the process of getting my shop off the ground, ive already been renting spoace out of a buddies shop for 6 months and have a ton of customer cars under my belt already. My lease is up now and im going to be looking for my own space soon. My questions are whats the best and most efficient way to obtain a buisness liscense? is a buis liscense the same as a dealers liscense? And whats a good lender to go through for a small buisness loan. Any help or info from shop owners would be much appreciated

Here in New York you just go down county clerks office and paid like 35 bucks, then if you shops in a village or something you need to go down there...Also here if your doing autobody or spraying or working with harmful chemicals you need a permit for that...Just google search your area mang..

Business lisence 20.00 here in knoxville
another 20.00 for doing business in knoxville (dont understand why cuz that is what the first one is for) Permits to even move into a building. I went and got a local credit union to process a personal loan for me. Didnt need much. If you need more check out SOHO loan at innovative bank.com There loans are from 5-25,000. Good luck its hard.
