firewall and floor and back wall Q's

what size metal would you use to make the firewall floor and back wall with just only using three pieces of metal since i want them all to be flat

are you building a structure to mount all this to like a tube frame?

no structure i just want everything to be smooth but i still want it to be rigid

ummm your gonna NEED a structure under it unless you wanna build it outta like 1/4 inch...i would frame it with 1x1 or something and lay 16 or 18 guage over it

would i have to make a structure for the firewall too

i used 1x1 tubing for the structure of my floor and cab wall. i havent laid the sheetmetal yet but i already have the 16ga cut out. i have a couple pics in my profile if you wanna see how i did mine.

check out the blue and black blazer that the little shop of horror's did. that will give you some good ideas on how to do yours. good luck with the project.

i would use nothing less then 3/4 x 3/4 inch square tubing. as for the fire wall and back wall you may want to add a couple of cross pieces but you really don't need to
