i have a Viair 325C and im looking to get another one but no one really carries the 325C anymore, so im gonna get the next step up. Possibly a 400 which is 33% duty cycle or a Viair 450 which is 150psi rated. Now my question is, will it hurt, damage, or slow the performance of the 325C if i have a slightly bigger better compressor running with it?? Since the performance of the second one might be rated at 100% duty cycle or 200 psi rating but pressure switch is still set for 145psi??? thanks for the input!!

I'd run matching compressors.

We have the 325C available directly from AirLift....

As long as nothing else changes except for adding a compressor it would be easier on it regardless of what other compressor you are using.

As long as the pressure switch is like you said you wont have any problems bro. We have 5 of the 325's in stock ready to ship if you are in need of one..

No it will not hurt them, but you have to take into consideration the lower of the 2 compressors specs. For example, if you had one if you had one compressor that runs at 150 PSI 100% duty cycle and one that was 150 PSI at 33%, you could only run 150 PSI, and they could only run at 33% cycle duty.
