car inspection?

ok...my 00 honda has been out of inspection sence september..my d.l.c under the dash will not read out,the fuses are fine,and hell idk what is wronge anyone got any ideas???

check your obdII connector and make sure you have power from the #16 pin and ground from the #4 pin.

i know i tried to test some of the prongs with a test lite and got a lite on one of them im thinkin it was the blue one not posotive could be wronge but i havent checked the ground yet...but if thats not it i hate to see what i have to do i don't want to take it to honda 80 dollars a hour will kick my ass

give me an email addy and I can email you a diagram of your connector and that may help. If all the fuses are good and there is not a short in your connection, it could be a problem in the computer, but that is worst case scenario.
