I have a used plastic fuel cell, and due to the weather and such it has sunk in the middle. Is there anyway to bring them to the original size?

did it sink because of the change in air pressure from temperature drop?
I would take it out, drain it, seal everything back up except for one port, and hook it up to compressed air and force it back into shape, the ones I had used NPT thread, good luck hope this helps

where is your return line coming in? that can cause it to do that.

cold weather most likely caused it.. it might pop back out when it gets warmer out .. or you could do like i would and just fill it half full of gass and toss the hole damn thing in the fire.. no more worries.. except for the 2nd and 3rd degree burns
