Ok, so im going throuh all my suspension options that im considering running on my S-10. currently i have a poorly preforming 4-link setup...My obvious alternative is just to put a better 4-link on thare and call it good.......

but then i came accross this watts link kit. http://www.builtbybyc.com/leftmenu/watts.html Its built by Mike at BYC, and considering his large amount of bashing on the site latley, i may or may not buy it from him.....

but regardless, my question is this. With a watts link, besides the watts kit, what else do you need for the suspension, can i just run my two current outer bars (the ones that go from the front frame perches to the axle) and the watts link? or what do people usualy run this link with, does it take place of the Triangular section of a 4-link.....I know it typically is used in place of a panhard bar, but im just curious, if i can just ditch my triangular section of my 4-link, and throw a watts link in thare....

also who else makes these watts link kits, i know totally polished makes one, and BYC, but who else does?

ok, then to clear thing up. Technically, since i currently have a 4-link setup on the truck allready, i can just ditch my two center bars (the tri-angular section) and install a wats link in its place?

correct?

thanks john

if the lower bars are mounted solid u can if not u need 2 more parallel bars to keep axle from rolling

id just leave it traingulated 4 link if it was me. watt's link is just to take the place of panhard bar and keep the axle from moving side to side through suspension movement.

I have 2 in stock ready to ship.

the watts link, holds the rearend in the center on a parallel 4 link. its the best setup geometrically speaking. cost is the down side of it as you still have to already have a 2, 3 or 4 link to use one.

if you need one, let me know, we will even ship COD thru UPS. thanks
