who has a miller 180?

Just got one, and the fan runs as soon as I turn it on. Welds fine, but the fan never goes off. I've only used it for about 10 minutes at a time, but I thought the fan would only come on if it overheats. Is this how its supposed to be?

i have a 185 and a 210 and the fan runs always on both of them my friend has a 212 autoset miller and the fan only comes on when its getting heavy use

I have a Miller 180 and the fan stays running the whole time its on.

All the welders I have used have the fan on all the time.

Yep always runs.. Bad ass little welder for the money!
