I could use some ideas on bagging the front of my truck. were kinda refusing to pay 600 bucks for drop I beams. Were gonna build the brackets and just drop it and see what hits and how low we get. I m not really wanting to lay rocker but the rear is sporting a mono leaf c-notch setup and is pretty damn low. I really just want the front to match. any thoughts?

you can bag the front but the Drop i beams is the only thing u can do to make it low. its bag on stock beams or lowered beams or new front suspention. i got the drop beams on mine and i had the beams bent for the camber to be right with slightly lower springs.

why not pay a couple hundred for a frame clip from say a Torino, or some GM clip with disc brakes and arms to put bags on easier than doing all that cutting on the Ibeam frame.
I clipped several F series starting back in about 1985. The clip can be installed over a 2 day weekend and bags and all that take very little extra work to put in the spring cups.

chevy clip it. fullsize frames are the exact same width/height. Z it up a couple inches for insurance and your golden. Just gotta do something with the steering. U joint maybe?

DO WORK!! That's sick. If you come up with a finished product let the world know.
BTW...not to jack a potentially good product thread but here's a way you could get that 72 down.
