need door popper help!!!!

Here is how you can trouble shoot this problem. hook up you hidden switch, and roll down the driver window(so you dont get locked out of the truck)
pull the fuse out of the brain of the "alarm brain"(black box behind the dash you were talking about)
now, see if the hidden button still works. if it doesnt things get more complicated, but that button should still work. now with the brain still disconnected(fuse pulled) open/close the door a few times. start the truck shut it off. do what ever it takes to try to make the problem re-occur. if you cant make the problem happen again, the problem is in the brain.
It really to me sounds like the actual relays and door popper are both fine, just the brain that controls them is telling them to act weird. I have installed 30-40 sets of shaved door handle kits/trunk releases and linear actuators in cars and your problem just fits the bill as being a control problem not the hardware.
Not to sound like a salesman in the process, but why dont you step up to a directed electronics(viper, hornet, clifford, or avitol) alarm. that will protect your truck as well as pop individual doors... maybe add remote start conveiniance, roll up windows...etc.
that way when you have a problem you can call the 1800 number on the back of the remote and get warrantee service nationwide. just my opinion

truck stays in garage, that why i dont have alarm gonna try that this weekend, at least its sumthin to try. but check this out, maybe this makes sense to you since you do installs. noticed just past 2 days, i hear my cap beep for just about a 1.5 seconds right before the doors does this. but only if it does it.if it doesnt beep,doors dont pop. somehow these 2 are workin together to hassle me.i know nothing about how electronics work, other than how to hook them up. could this cap somehow be causing it.
