why diesel? because it's better. stronger. Bad ass, and I know how to get more power cheaper.
i wanna do that in a c-30 dually. that is, when im finally out of college and making money
I have a propane injected, twin turbo duramax in a penis pump and it is badass, I was thinking about put one in my s 15 dually but was worried about wiring it!
is that a Grand National with a diesel? If so more vids or pics are necessary!
there is a shop in Florida that put a Cummings in a ranger twin turbo-ed with a super charger around 1500hp ans 2500lbs @ the wheels and if you go with the 12 valve it has like eight wires to hook up and a lot more power available on the stock parts and yes air bags can handle the weight or you wouldn't find bagged duallys on here with diesel engines it would be like putting a straight six gas motor but better fuel mileage a little firewall tubing and beefy motor mounts and it should fit good luck
Ok that was the annswer I was looking for. And for those of you who ask why diesel, its because it seems like after I did the v8 swap a billion people did it so I wanted something different and I can make an 10 second truck with half the money. Plus it will be sik. thanks
good luck getting it to pass emissions. i wanted to put a 7.3 in mine but they said it would cost thousands of dollars(just to get it legal, thats not including the motor and tranny.) and take a while to get all the paperwork. but some states and countys dont have emissions. do it if you can, that would be bad ass!
if it will pass emmisions in a dodge why wouldnt it pass in anything else?
3/4 ton and up trucks dont have emissions. but little s-10s do. you can try to tell em at the tag place or dmv ,but they dont care.
