Illinois State Law Trouble

shit son lol i dont care i have a good lawyer so i still ride as low as i can !!!

ive been studying laws all day and i caught something on the suspension law, it says the body cant leave the chassis...well we all know that doesnt happen

The company I work for deals with the law and attorneys on a regular basis and my advice is to either not drive the truck in its current condition or fix it. Most states have laws against adjustable suspension, however most cops don't even know what they are looking at to begin with. If it is obvious (tilted tags, expired tags, an inch from the ground, etc.) then you can get in trouble.

You are going to start burning up cash and time trying to fight something that is ultimately king. Remember driving is a privledge... not a right.

hes doing nothing wrong though, he wasnt draggin, wasnt hittin switches, wasnt causing any problems, so whats the fuss? most judges would laugh at this, it's a stupid law in the first place. corvettes are crazy low and they don't get fucked with.

it says a CUSTOM cannot drive around with more than 7 inch variance between the front and rear, so as long as that wasn't measure, I dont see you losing a court case..

well they cant exactly take my license for a non-moving violation, i am not really sure what else they can do besides give me tickets and then i just get them dropped, so far thats how it has worked, mike, u dont drive a mini truck either...its a mid size

fuck it file suit against the city and that cop and see where it goes, thats why they dont fuck with us here in ky cause we fight back. dont let them push you around for not causing trouble cause there are crimes happening every day that they need to focus on and not the rides going down the road
