Well the first thing is be a little smarter then to drive around in something you know your going to be fucked with in with the right papers. Second, which is kind of like the first, if you buddy is driving around with an expired license I mean he got what was coming to him for even taken the chance of driving around.

All states laws are different, but around here cops have these cameras that fix onto license plates as you drive by them and it throws back a reading to the computer. If you not legit it will sound off an alarm and your going to get pulled over. So if they have that system he knew before he pulled your buddy over what was up.

Now with that. The best advice I can give you is to get a lawyer who knows his shit where you live. Tell him that you think this cop just has a hard on for you guys. Its going to tough in court because if you guys where legal then it would look like harassment, but because you weren

well i understand what ur saying to a point, every1 in town has problems with this officer, i know what i am gonna do i was just trying to get a second opinion on the adjustable suspension law, and about my buddy with the license it ended up being a mix up with a vehicle in his name his brother was driving back home he moved here from minnesota, so it wasnt really his fault nor did he know, hes still liable but had no control over it, thats besides the point the point is i was trying to get a second opinoin on the law of saying the second offense for adjustable suspenion being a 500$ fine and a misdameanor, this was a thread i expected to get help from some1 who knew the state law a little better, i guess i went about this the wrong way, and yes this officer has a hard on for us guys with minitrucks, the arresting officer told him that the cop was a dick and it was bullshit that he fucks with us, its getting way out of control, hell even state cops wave and have came up and commented me, so its basically what u said this guy is just havin a hell of a time fuckin with us.
