Not sure how legal this is on this site....but i just wanted to drop some information about a new product that we are just now starting to sell.

you now no longer have to cut your frame to make room for your stock tie rods, this kit makes bagging the front of your s - series that much easier, not to mention a hell of a lot cleaner looking!!! This No-Notch tie rod linkage will work with up to a 22" rim and tire combo (drop spindles recommended, will have option for running stock spindles and if you are running 24" rims and tires call first so we can machine you a special shaft).

Kit includes:
(2) Bent, drilled and tapped bars
(2) Teflon Inner Heim Joints
(2) Teflon outer Heim joints
(4) jam nuts
(4) Machined shafts to fit your spindle
and center link, without drilling
or cutting, heat treated 4140.
(*) all mounting hardware, and fasteners.

Price includes black powdercoating, AND FREE shipping to anyware in the continental US.

We have been testing these since the winter, and are finally ready to start producing them.

I know alot of people on here are DIY kind of people, and obviously i respect that, but alot of people dont have the ability to cut and weld on their frame as rediably as others. Not to mention this will remedy any loss of stregnth that would occur when you do notch your frame up front.

looks very top notch, like everything else ive seen you guys put out.

how well does the toe alignment hold after installation? and is there issues with bumpsteer?

i could only imagine the look on the technicians face at an alignment shop with those on!

Well, weve had a few sets on vehicles locally that we have been checking in on...one has over 5k miles on them and the other has only 1k miles on them

From what we have seen, the alignment stays with time, with no issues. And adding these auctually seems to improve and nearly eliminate the bumpsteer that otherwise occurs.

and also, to our suprise...our local alignment shop, and the othres alignment shops weve taken them to have been pretty impressed with them. They didnt have a problem aligning them at all, and they auctually said it was much easier than the stock s-10 he had just got done working on before we got thare !

actually now i look at them, i can see why theres little issue with bumpsteer. the heim replacing the ball joint on the control arm side is spaced down almost in line with the lower ball joint. so they are moving in the same arc.

not sure how much easier it would be to align since on end would have to be disassembled everytime. but thumbs up on a good looking product!

yep, the drop down on the spindle side is that corrects alot of bumpsteer issues.

and with the alignment....all that has to come out is the shaft from the spindle....you do not need to dis assemble the kit or anything like that. just pop the shaft out of the spindle and turn thread the heim, in or out of the shaft for whatever you need. Its auctually really easy, i remember the alignment guy saying that by looking at it, he didnt think it would be that easy....but he liked it!
