Bryan, I dont check my email every day. I do have your email and im compiling a list. ill email you back asap.
Natedog, you have no clue about anything about me. you did the same as all the other haters, you read posts then jumped on the bandwagon.
my parts didnt "keep" breaking. we had only a few instances of parts breaking, and it was due to the use of 3/16" plates instead of the 1/4" ones we were using. that was solved as well as the welding. it took some getting used to when we switched to TIG welding everything. also I wasnt inspecting everything that was welded my my welder. I changed that and solved that issue as well. so F U.
you dont know me, or anything about me or my shop. I had a successful shop for more than 11 years before anything happened.
im working on a new site to update everyone.

I personally have never purchased parts from byc so i wont judge, but this is absolutely no excuse!
you are lucky "a few instances" didnt end up in serious injury or death, and you certainly shouldnt have learned to TIG weld at the expense of your customers. One failure can result in catastrophe for you and others.

your assuming I learned to TIG weld on parts, wrong...
Ive been TIG welding since the early 1990s. I had a welder in my shop doing all the welding, not me, I was cutting tubing and tacking parts together then sending them to the other end of the shop to be welded.
secondly, as many sets of arms as I made and the way bagged trucks are abused, my parts have had a very high success rate. the ONLY sets that ever broke were 2 sets of S10 arms and one of those I showed pics on my site where they had been hitting something, even showed the marks in the paint. but since they were the ones with the 3/16 plates I sent that guy a new set. I also had one toyota upper set break, it also had one of those GM upper 3/16 plates. that happened at Greenville, I welded that arm back at the show and made the guy a new set when he got back to Texas. I have taken care of every customer except the ones who had orders at BYC when it was closed down.
Ill make it right and thats the only way to clear my name and im working on it now.
