I think it might be cheaper to find a truck totaled with a good bed and cut out the sides on it than buying th bedsides.. there is a place around here that sells just trucks beds they might have one I can check I know last time I was there they had one for around 700 and it was perfect.

well im not gonna buy NEW bedsides im gonna have to use insurance for labor costs etc and i KNOW to go find a cheap bed at a junkyard to use the sides off of.

New bedsides are 910.85 each for your truck. That is the list price. It would definitely be cheaper to by a used bed and start from scratch. That is total B.S. that someone did that to you man. You haven't happened to have met a guy everyone calls Scar out there that drives a B/D orange and white 89-95 model Yota have you?

Sorry Mike, you had put your post in before I got mine up or I wouldn't have put anything about the price of new bedsides in my prior post. I don't know what you can find out there but we have a few places here in Ga. that put work beds on trucks and you can usually get a good deal on a practically brand new bed from those places pretty cheap.

its way cheaper to start with a new bed. first you would have to find the used parts, and even if you did it will cost more for 2 bedsides than a complete bed would. and the labor in welding them on and getting them straight is not worth it.

in my opinion it would be easier just to get a new bed or try and straighten the one you have. trying to put bedsides on like you mentioned will take a lot of time. if you do go that route be sure you when you weld that you can get a hammer and dollie behind it. to me it would be more than its worth to put new bedsides on it, but thats me.

Yeah scarr every time I see him he tries to molest me or make out with me its weird. I dunno this idea seems cheaper i'll have to price it all out I guess.

Get a used bed and start from scratch on it...less headache in the long run.
