hey seth think about this. who is the judge going to believe? you or the cop? he says his lights were on. you say no. but in california they must be on or it is entrapment

just find out what days hes off and reschedule your court day till then. gotten outta 3 tickets like that and they still havent caught on.

This is what I wanted to know. I made a note of the time and everything because it was dark and he was definitely hard to see.

I just got rolled up on in someones driveway fuckin cops.... but to answer your question in cali they have to have their parking lights on after dusk in order to pull you over or yes its entrapment so if you can prove it you will win.

Regardless, if it was me I would go down fighting. If you fight it there is a slight chance you can get off. If you dont, then your stuck for sure. Maybe the judge don't like the cop for some reason, and he let's you off. Who knows, I would fight it.

in the dark they do need to have their lights on, but the cop only has to be visable to 1 lane of traffic.
i.e. there is a building and you cant see the cop, but the opposing traffic can, he can still get you and it be legal.

the only thing about fighthin them is here in Fla u fight the ticket & lose then u pay court cost plus the ticket...so sometimes its just easier/cheaper to pay the ticket.....just something to think about

Hey Seth Look Up Entrapment In Your State R.C.Ws. Over here in WA the old law was that a cop had to be in plain sight with there running lighs on.. but not anymore. I got nailed a few months back.
