North Carolina Inspection

Anybody in NC that could help me get my truck inspected? Apparently since the service engine soon light is on nobody will pass it. The only reason it is on is because i removed the windshield washer fluid resovior. Or if anybody can tell me how to possibly ground the wires out so it will cut the light off. Any help would be apreciated.

i have serously never heard of a check engine light for unpluggin the windsheild washer. mite wana double check that out and make sure u ddidnt unplug sumthin else.

The computer will still show the codes. I know someone out there has got to know a "place" to go.

Nobody knows anything? As many minis out there I know I am not the only person that has the light on and can't get it inspected. I have heard of some people grounding something to make the light go off for long enough to pass. I NEED SOME HELP.

if you were any where close to elizabeth city i might could possibly get you a sticker but i dont know if your truck is registered in an emmissions county and i know i havent had one for a WHILE i just stuff a little stuffed mushroom guy in the corner of my window so it kinda looks like i have a sticker from far a way. also its only like a 50 dollar fine and its a non-moving violation i guess it all depends on how often you get pulled where you live

It is going to be a $250 fine. Thats why I got to get it done.

damn ive only ever got a 50 if i could help i would but i dont think the dmv police take kindly to photoshopped inspection stickers

you might want to take a trip to a autozone and they will plug it up for free and they will tell you why the light is on.
