picked up a ranger project

my grandfather died last month, and at the time of his death.. he was in the middle of rebuilding a 1990 ranger x-cab v6... my grandmother sold me the truck for $200 with $1000 in parts.. im going to school in january for automotive so i'll put it together there.. my question is do you think it has enough power to pull a car trailer loaded with my 720?

depends on what kind of motor and if the suspension and everything will support it. we've towed my ranger and james ranger with his
FX4, but its got a 4.0, 5 spd, 4.10 gears, and LT tires.

no specially since its a 3.0 crap.
