I've never seen them. I went to a search engine, typed in 215/30/18, and saw Toyo and Yokohama.

Hell show me the site that has them & Ill get a set just see how they handle & look on my 18's!

geeze that wouldnt be a tire, that would be a rim protector. You could stack rubber bands taller than that sidewall lol.

tire calc says they would be 23.1 inches tall with a 2.5 inch sidewall.

Compare that to a 205/40/16 at 22.5 overall and a 3.2 inch sidewall, or a 205/40/17 at 23.5 overall and still a 3.2 sidewall.

Likie I said, it would look like a shipping protector for the rim edge...
