question bout a motor

i found this 97 civic ex the motor has a spun bearing and he only wants 250 bucks for the car, how hard is it to replace that bearing? or around about how much will it cost?

not hard.do the rod bearings and main bearings.takes a couple of hours.

just buy another single cam and put it in. thats what I would do. You can find them for $2-600.
