Nissan Not getting spark!

My friend's hardbody is running real crappy, and he replaced the 2 coils, the rotor, and cap.. he also tried replacing the 'power transistor' and new plugs/wires.. but one of the coils still isnt sending spark to 4 of the plugs and the trucks only running on like 2 cylinders it seems. anyone have any suggestions? come on all of you engine/electrical geniouses!! WE NEED HELP!

could be a relay in the fuse box there should be a blue one and a black one, th black relay is more twards the fire wall by the clutch pedel.... its like $16 bucks
if that dont work then idk

ok im having a problem kinda like this but mine is getting spark and gas so it should run but its not it keep fouling out the plugs i just put another new set in it today and it will idle for about 20 seconds and cut of but if u try to give it gas while its idleing it cuts right off as soon as u hit the gas does any1 have any idea what could be wrong with my truck please help me out if any1 has the anwser to this send me a email or just post it on here my email is phatboykustomz2005@yahoo.com

I had a similar problem with my old Nissan.Your problem sounds like the oxygen sensor. Also, it might be your throttle position sensor. I also had a problem with a plug that kept coming off on my throttle body. I would check those 3 things. Also might wanna get a Haynes manual or a Chilton's b/c they have the factory trouble codes and how to decipher(sp) them.

Also what I just stated earlier might fix yours as well. The oxygen sensor can make the truck run rich which will foul the plugs and keep the engine running rough.
