I paid for a classified ad and it was never posted!!!!!

I paid for a featured classified ad last week, Streetsource has taken the money out of my account for $10.50. I have not seen my ad anywhere on the site. I have e-mailed the staff twice last week with no response. IF anyone can help please let me know. thanks
