ive had this problem several times, the first time being after the warranty was up, its a relatively new machine, few months old maybe, anyway when laying a bead or even spot welding the wire stops like its out of wire, open up the side compartment and the wire has arced and has heat coloring on it and is wound up like a bird nest just after it goes over the roller and at the beggining of the sleeve that travels all the way through the guns chord. its a simple fix that involves cutting the wire by the roller and rerunning it with no other problems but its getting old quick.

any help would be appreciated because this is wasting wire, time, and my patience. am i doing something wrong or can i fix this somehow?
