ATTN all 94-97 accord owner need your help !!!!!!!

I need to someone who has a 94-97 accord to check there owners manuel to see what the hell is wrong with my car. I keep getting a"check brake lamp " warning and noticed that my tail lights dont light up when I brake exept for my back window, but everything else works, tail lights go on the just dont get bright when I brake to warn the cars behind me. any suggestions will help . thanx
