b16 rex

I'm looking at this crx to buy, he had a b16 thrown into it...says the ECU gives an error code for the throttle position sensor when you're at full throttle for too long. Anyone know about this? And if I could run into any serious problems because of it?

There's the car...also needs new front axels...my friend had to do the same...common problem? Thanks to everyone who helps me out here...dont know much yet.
