Light On Eclipse Dash? Don't know what it means

ok my brother has a 95 eclipse gs and there is this light on on the dash and we don't know what its for its not the check engine its on the right side of the gauge 2nd from the top its yellow and reminds me of a carousel(SP) does anyone know what it is for and what it means??
