Need info on a scooter...

I'm thinking about a Razor 300 watt electric scooter for my 7 year old for X-mas It's like $169.00 are they any good or is this something that will be broke in about 3 months? Keep in mind he's a small 7 year old but he's also crazzy about stunts...any info would be great Thanks
