Imoprt Tuner Magazine help for brother

My brother is in Kuwait right now about to travel into Iraq. He wants me to send him import tuner mags so he can get some ideas while he is gone, but I'm a mini trucker and don't know what are good mags to send him. He has a Honda Civic now, but is think about a Nissan 300zx when he gets back. What are some good generic mags. Some help would be nice.
