Bent wheel, Is there a place in TX that can fix it?

I have a friend who just bent his Boyd Coddington wheel. We have already banged it a few times but still can't get the tire to seal. Aside from hitting it harder does anyone know of a place in TX that can fix this? Thanks in advance.
